Termite Service: Florida is home to over 16 species of termites, including destructive subterranean and drywood termites -which are not covered by homeowners' insurance-. Our comprehensive termite protection plans, available for both residential and commercial properties, including crawl spaces, new construction and historic Florida homes, come backed by a million-dollar repair warranty for your peace of mind.
Annual Fire-Ant: Our annual lawn fire-ant treatment includes 1-year fire ant coverage with 365 day -granted coverage, plus 6-months of protection against fleas and ticks- keeping your yard pest-free all year long. Please note, this is not a lawn and ornamental service; we do not treat weeds, fungus, grubs or similar turf issues with this service.
WDO Inspections: We provide certified WDO (Wood Destroying Organism) inspections, including form FDACS:13645, for real-estate transactions and property sales-ensuring peace of mind and compliance during the buying or selling process.
Invasive and non-native species: Coastal Pest Services specializes not only in residential and commercial pest control, but also in managing invasive and non-native species. For over 10 years, our experienced team has assisted the state of Florida with the safe capture and removal of high-risk wildlife, including iguanas, pythons, tegu lizards, black spiny-tailed iguanas, cane toads, capybaras and more.
